1 – First Course
- Grill red peppers cream and sautéed strawberries with butter in a peasant bread.
- Tower of tuna cubes marinated in cilantro, over palm hearts and avocado, bathed in Serrano pepper vinaigrette.
- Wild berries salad with mixed lettuce, goat cheese and pecans over jicama sliced with citrus vinaigrette with strawberry and honey, Melba bread
- Shrimp tower sautéed with garlic, parsley and pepper, sautéed cherry tomatoes with butter and garlic on top, citrus vinaigrette.
2 – Second Course
- Beef fillet marinated in fine herbs on the grill with mushroom sauce, baby potatoes with paprika, grilled asparagus
- Chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and goat cheese, poblano pepper with hibiscus sauce, carrots with butter, wild rice.
- Grilled shrimp Crown marinated with fine herbs, with a side of mashed potatoes with coriander, vegetables with butter bathed in seafood Sauce and reduction of guajillo pepper
- Grilled flounder bathed in creamy lemon sauce, accompanied with buttery rice, balsamic vinegar reduction.
3 – Third Course
- Neapolitan Flan with peach reduction.
- Chocolate mousse with creamy strawberry sauce and wild berries
- Buñuelo stuffed with cheesecake, with Drambuie and date sauce
- Banana mousse tower, with sweetened peanut in raspberry sauce
