With the special Mother’s Day package, the whole family can enjoy the sun and sand

Mother’s Day is just around the corner. While flowers and
chocolates are nice, Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort wants to celebrate mom with a balmy and refreshing beach vacation.

“Mothers do so much for their families. Why not show how much you appreciate it with a
pampered, relaxing weekend in Rocky Point,” said Héctor Vázquez del Mercado, general
manager of Las Palomas.

“Mom can hang out by the pool or on the beach while our staff takes care of her and her families’ needs.” With Las Palomas Mother’s Day stay package, families receive 15 percent off their reservation,
and mom receives a $100 gift credit that can be applied to Mother’s Day dinner on Saturday, May 7 or brunch on Sunday, May 8. The discount package is good for travel between May 5 to 12.

While the weekend is all about mom, the whole family will enjoy Las Palomas’ pools, beach, lazy river, award-winning restaurants and more. Luxury condos feature up to four bedrooms.

All rates are in U.S. dollars, and include housekeeping service and access to all resort amenities. We do not charge “hidden fees”.
Rates are subject to change without notification.
It is a Resort policy that at least one person of the party checking-in is 25 years or older.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS MADE BY PEOPLE UNDER 25 UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY SOMEONE OVER 25 DURING THEIR STAY.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS PER CONDO

1 BEDROOM 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids under 12)
2 BEDROOM 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids under 12)
3 BEDROOM 8 people (6 adults and 2 kids under 12)
4 BEDROOM 10 people (8 adults and 2 kids under 12)
5 BEDROOM 12 people (10 adults and 2 kids under 12)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We require credit card payments to make reservation. Under special circumstances, we will accept checks and/or bank deposits.

At the time of booking a reservation, we charge 50% of the total reservation cost
We will charge the remaining balance of the reservation the same day of your arrival.
For holiday dates the entire amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Credit Car or cash payments preferred. VISA and MC credit card payments are processed in US dollars; AMEX is also accepted but will incur currency conversion fees.

REFUND POLICY

It is important that you clearly understand our policy for refunds, cancellations and changes.

Contact Las Palomas reservations either by email or phone to request date or condo locations changes.
There will be no reservation changes allowed within 10 days of your arrival day.
Confirmed reservations which are cancelled at least 10 calendar days prior to your check-in date will be result in 150 USD cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 10 days of your check-in date or no shows, the total reservation amount will be forfeited.
There are no refunds for early departures.

There are no refunds for holiday dates.

No reimbursement in case of eviction, zero tolerance policy.

Please make sure you clearly understand and agree with our payment, refund and change policies.

With special permission, one additional person beyond the maximum occupancy may stay in each suite for an additional charge of $50 U.S. plus 11.8% taxes.

PAYMENT METHOD

CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations request on the same day of arrival or no-show reservations will be charge100% of the stay.
Cancellations request received one day prior to check-in will be charged $150 USD cancellation fee.
Cancellations request received two or more days prior check-in will be fully refunded.
Commission fee will not apply if money is refunded to the same card.
There are no refunds for early departures.
There are no refunds for holiday dates.
